No, although Kencoctions LLC is an insured bartending company it is illegal for us to provide alcohol for your event. You must purchase your own alcohol. However, we will provide a comprehensive shopping list to ensure a smooth process. It is important to note that we adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. This includes monitoring alcohol consumption, and ensuring that guests do not become intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence or is causing a disturbance. Rest assured, we will work with you to ensure that your event is a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

As professional bartenders, we are able to serve in a variety of locations. We are available for hire in bars, restaurants, private events, weddings, corporate events, networking events and more. We are based in Philly and can travel up to 60 miles but are willing to travel to nearby cities and towns to provide our services as well. To ensure adequate time for planning, staffing, sourcing and preparation, Kencoctions requires all event details to be finalized a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date.Bookings made 8–13 days prior to the event are considered late bookings and may be accepted based on availability. A late booking fee will apply to account for expedited planning and preparation.Bookings made 7 days or less prior to the event are considered rush bookings and are accepted at Kencoctions’ discretion and based on staff and service availability. Rush bookings are subject to an additional rush booking fee, and full payment is required immediately to secure services.For all rush bookings, required event details and full payment must be received within 24 hours of receiving the booking proposal, or by an earlier deadline specified by Kencoctions based on the event date. Failure to meet the provided deadline may result in the booking being declined or availability being released.Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve the event date. Your booking is confirmed only after all required booking requirements and payment have been completed.

Yes. A 50% nonrefundable deposit must be made within 48 hours of agreeing to bartending services to secure your booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Each day the payment is late there will be a 10% late fee added to the final balance. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, the full payment is non-refundable.
