No, although Kencoctions LLC is an insured bartending company it is illegal for us to provide alcohol for your event. You must purchase your own alcohol. However, we will provide a comprehensive shopping list to ensure a smooth process.
It is important to note that we adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. This includes monitoring alcohol consumption, and ensuring that guests do not become intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence or is causing a disturbance. Rest assured, we will work with you to ensure that your event is a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
As professional bartenders, we are able to serve in a variety of locations. We are available for hire in bars, restaurants, private events, weddings, corporate events, networking events and more. We are based in Philly and can travel up to 60 miles but are willing to travel to nearby cities and towns to provide our services as well. We service the Philadelphia, South Jersey and Delaware areas. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs and location.
As a bartender, I offer a variety of packages that cater to different events and budgets. My most popular package is the "Grand Package", which includes two signature crafted cocktails, customized drink menu, professional bartender, and all necessary bar supplies. I also offer a "Beer and Wine Package", perfect for our corporate clients that want to host a light happy hour for their staff. No, we have you covered! If there is not a bar on site at your booked venue, be sure to book our portable bar as an add-on.
We require booking details to be finalized a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event date are subject to a late booking fee. This fee covers expedited planning, staffing and preparation. Final pricing will reflect this surcharge.
Yes. A 50% deposit must be made within 48 hours of agreeing to bartending services to secure your booking. Please note that half of the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, the full deposit is non-refundable.
